January 15 - January 21

Volleyball - Dana Stapleton

Dana Stapleton is the varsity volleyball Athlete of the Week. This is her 2nd year on varsity. Last year she finished the season leading in kills, had the highest serving percentage and had the 2nd highest number of blocks as a sophomore. This year as a junior she is still consistent with her serving. Dana is dominating the front row as a middle hitter, leading in kills and blocks. She is a solid player, very agile and transitions quickly which is very important as a front row player. Dana is a great competitor, very knowledgeable in the sport and a definite asset to the varsity team. It will be sad to see her go next year as a senior. We're looking forward to watching her grow as an athlete even more throughout the winter season. Congratulations Dana!
